Attending the conference, on the VIDIFI leadership side, were Chairman of the Board of Directors Dao Van Chien, General Director, Deputy General Directors, Heads of Supervisory Board, directors of departments, and representative leaders of member units. On the Supervision Consulting (TVGS) side, there are Project Directors, Assistant Directors, and resident engineers at the field office for the bidding packages. On the contractor side, there are Managing Directors of bidding packages.

Vietnam Infrastructure Development and Financial Investment Corporation (VIDIFI) was assigned by the Prime Minister to be the investor of the Hanoi-HP Expressway Project. According to the plan, the Hai Phong section must be opened to traffic in 2014 and the entire route must be opened to traffic in 2015. Therefore, the workload in 2014 is huge and decisive to complete the Hanoi - HP Expressway Project on schedule. At the conference, VIDIFI leaders also pointed out difficulties and solutions for supervision consultants and contractors to continue to improve close and effective cooperation with supervision supervision units and construction contractors of the Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway project, implementing the committed schedule and ensuring project quality.

Entering 2014, Chairman of the Board of Directors Dao Van Chien expressed his desire for closer support and cooperation from supervision consultants and contractors with VIDIFI to successfully complete the planned targets.
