On July 2, 2026, the VIDIFI Corporation's working delegation led by Deputy General Director Pham Thai Son directly inspected the scene on National Highway 5 and worked with the National Highway 5 Maintenance and Operation Management Board (QL5 Management Board) and related units to evaluate the management, exploitation and maintenance of the route, and at the same time urge the progress of implementation of ongoing projects on the route.

At the scene, the working group inspected regular maintenance work and preparations to respond to the stormy season to ensure that National Highway 5 is always operated safely and smoothly. The delegation also inspected the progress of implementing the traffic organization project at the Km27 intersection; Work with local authorities on site clearance and check the progress of site handover at Km31 intersection (Minh Duc Industrial Park) to serve the implementation of the National Highway 5 pavement repair project, section Km25 - Km33.

In addition, the working group conducted a field survey in the Ho Dong overpass area to evaluate the inadequacies in traffic organization according to the recommendations of people and local authorities. On that basis, the Deputy General Director requested relevant units to research and propose appropriate handling plans, ensuring traffic safety and creating favorable conditions for people to travel.

Speaking at the meeting, Deputy General Director Pham Thai Son requested the units to continue to improve their responsibility in route management and exploitation; Maintain safe and stable toll collection activities, without incidents or violations; Accelerate the progress of repair works, ensuring quality, progress and traffic safety. At the same time, proactively coordinate with local authorities to remove difficulties in site clearance; Enhance regular maintenance, fully prepare plans to respond to the rainy and stormy season and urgently complete completion documents and settlement of projects in accordance with regulations.
On behalf of the Corporation's leaders, Deputy General Director Pham Thai Son acknowledged and praised the sense of responsibility and efforts of the National Highway 5 Technical Management Board, toll stations on the route and the forces directly working on the scene. Despite hot and harsh weather conditions, the units still maintain good management, operation and maintenance of the route, ensuring safe and smooth toll collection activities and implementing tasks as planned.
The Deputy General Director requested the units to continue to promote the spirit of responsibility, strengthen solidarity, proactively overcome difficulties, and be determined to complete assigned tasks well, contributing to ensuring safe and effective exploitation of National Highway 5 and successfully implementing the Corporation's production and business goals.
