The Bát Khối – Bát Tràng Concentrated Social Housing Project was approved for investment by the Hanoi People’s Committee, which also assigned the Vietnam Infrastructure Development and Finance Investment Corporation (VIDIFI) as the investor under Decision No. 996/QD-UBND dated March 9, 2026.

On August 5, 2026, VIDIFI sent an official letter requesting the Bát Tràng Commune People’s Committee to coordinate the organization of consultations with relevant agencies, organizations, individuals and the local community regarding the project’s Detailed Planning at a scale of 1:500.

Accordingly, on August 6, 2026, the Bát Tràng Commune People’s Committee issued Notice No. 355/TB-UBND on the posting and public disclosure of the draft Detailed Planning at a scale of 1:500 for the Bát Khối – Bát Tràng Concentrated Social Housing Construction Project, while also providing information on the receipt of comments on the planning dossier.

According to Notice No. 355/TB-UBND, the draft Detailed Planning dossier at a scale of 1:500 is posted and publicly disclosed at the headquarters of the Bát Tràng Commune People’s Committee, Thuận Tốn Village Cultural House, and the Bát Tràng Commune People’s Committee’s electronic information portal.

The posting and public disclosure period is carried out in accordance with the contents of the notice issued by the Bát Tràng Commune People’s Committee, starting from August 6, 2026.

Alongside the public disclosure of the dossier, the Bát Tràng Commune People’s Committee is receiving comments from relevant agencies, organizations, individuals and the local community on the draft Detailed Planning at a scale of 1:500.

Ballot boxes for collecting comments are placed at the headquarters of the Bát Tràng Commune People’s Committee and Thuận Tốn Village Cultural House. Comments are to be submitted using the prescribed form and within the period specified in the commune’s notice.

For comments submitted by post, the completed forms must be sent by registered mail to the headquarters of the Bát Tràng Commune People’s Committee, No. 251 Đa Tốn Street, Bát Tràng Commune, Hanoi, within the prescribed submission period.

The publicly disclosed dossier includes the draft Detailed Planning at a scale of 1:500 for the project, relevant legal documents, and the comment form.

VIDIFI Continues to Coordinate in Finalizing the Detailed Planning Dossier at a Scale of 1:500

The public disclosure of the draft Detailed Planning at a scale of 1:500 is one step in the process of preparing and finalizing the planning dossier for the Bát Khối – Bát Tràng Concentrated Social Housing Project, enabling relevant agencies, organizations, individuals and members of the local community to access information, study the dossier and provide comments in accordance with regulations.

VIDIFI will coordinate with the Bát Tràng Commune People’s Committee, relevant specialized agencies, consulting units and other stakeholders to receive and study the comments during the process of finalizing the planning dossier, ensuring that the subsequent steps of the project are implemented in compliance with applicable laws and the prescribed investment procedures.
